The pitches are 400 meters away from the road to the sea and 500 meters from the main highway between Bar and Ulcinj. Ulcinj is 15 km away and Bar about 12 km. The plots do not have a building permit, water or electricity, but if the first one is sold, we are ready to help because we will remain the owners of the others and that will also help us in their sale. We are ready to participate in as many parts as we have money. So if we have 7 payments at the time of purchase, then we will pay 7/8 of the travel expenses.

Plots are not urbanized, but like everything in Montenegro, you can build here and the place is perfect for summer temporary houses. Construction will be allowed in a few years, as is the case in Dobri Vode and Utjeha, which have now been rebuilt. The beach below is never used because the sand cannot be reached by other roads than ours, and therefore it is sparkling clean. This hill and beach is a true jewel of our coast that has not yet been used.
