I am renting out a hotel in the center of Sutomore with its own large private parking lot, restaurant, reception and 22 rooms. I rent out the hotel on a full-vacancy basis during the season for 2,3,4 months as agreed, price per bed. The hotel has a total of 75 beds, so it can accommodate 75 people. The restaurant is located at the top and has huge terraces that open up with a beautiful view of the entire Sutomore and the sea. Each room will have an internet router inside, a fire extinguisher, a carbon monoxide detector, a refrigerator, central heating and cooling. There are cameras in the hallways for the safety of guests.

The hotel is rented out for a minimum of 5 years and the price is 95,000 euros per year. Payment is made annually. A deposit of 30,000 euros is given at the beginning.
