I am renting a studio apartment in Ilin near Sunce market on the first floor with its own balcony in a family house. There is a parking space for one car in the yard. The apartment is modernly furnished and is rented as shown in the pictures. It has air conditioning and a radiator if needed for the winter. Pets are not allowed and it is rented for a maximum of two adults, no children please.

The apartment is rented from the first of September and the price is 300 euros per month plus bills. The apartment already has high-speed internet and cable, and an additional 15 euros per month is paid. Payment is the first rent plus a deposit.
