I am renting a studio apartment in Ilino near the Sunce market on the first floor with its own balcony in a family house. There is a parking space for one car in the yard. The apartment is modernly furnished and is rented as in the pictures. It has air conditioning and a radiator if needed for the winter. Pets are not allowed and it is rented for a maximum of two adults, no children please.

The apartment is rented all year round and the price is 250 euros per month plus bills. The apartment already has fast internet and cable, and it is paid 15e per month additionally. Payment is the first rent plus a deposit.
