It has its own parking space and a terrace, the apartment is located on the ground floor. It is for rent as shown in the pictures. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment is for rent for a longer period and the price is 300 euros per month plus bills. Payment is the first rent, the last rent plus a deposit.
