The apartment has two bedrooms, a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a large shower. The apartment has three balconies, one of which is huge and continues onto the roof terrace, which is ideal for sunbathing. The apartment does not share balconies with anyone. The price is 600 euros per month and is rented for a minimum of one year, no shorter. Payment of the first and last rent + deposit is mandatory. The tenant is obliged to pay utilities for electricity, water and internet related to this apartment, except in the months of June, July and August, then he does not have to pay any bills.
