It is rented as in the pictures, the apartment is a little older but it is great that it has a wood-burning fireplace and is very comfortable. Heating is by radiators, air conditioning and a fireplace. There are two balconies, one overlooking the street and the other overlooking the back yard and fruit trees.

The apartment is rented all year round and the price is 400 euros per month plus bills. Payment is the first rent plus a deposit.
