It is located on the main street in Dubrava which is great because in the summer all the pedestrians pass there. The restaurant has 54m2 of interior space, 33m2 of front covered terrace, 4m2 of warehouse and 76m2 of roof terrace.<\/p>\n
The restaurant is rented for a longer period and the price is 500 euros per month plus bills. Payment is the first rent plus two deposits.<\/p>\n
