I am selling one- and two-room apartments in a newly built building in Dubrava. The building has four floors with two apartments on each floor, as well as an elevator and its own parking lot. It faces southeast so that all apartments have a wonderful view of the sea. Each apartment also has a large terrace overlooking the bay of Komina. On the first and second floor are two-bedroom apartments of 60.5 m2, on the third and fourth one-bedroom apartments of 47.58 m2. Prices per square meter range from 2250 euros to 2550 euros.

Available two-bedroom apartments are 136,200 euros and one-bedroom apartments are 121,400 euros.
