The apartment has a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. It has a modern kitchen and furniture, it is an older building but the apartment was fully renovated in the first 5 years. It is very cozy, airy and comfortable with a beautiful view of Bar, the sea and the surrounding mountains.

The apartment is rented all year round and the price is 350 euros per month plus bills. Payment is the first rent plus a deposit.
